Job summary

Medethix Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Controller in the Philippines to oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely movement, and delivery of goods. You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, Sales, Imports, Finance, and Regulatory teams to maintain efficient operations.

The role supports process improvements, equipment maintenance, and compliance with policies and regulations. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate warehouse logistics, transportation, and internal customer service activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Imports teams regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Monitor and optimize utilization of delivery vehicles and coordinate with third-party logistics providers when necessary.
• Monitor maintenance and availability of trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
• Resolve shipment and delivery issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Develop, improve, and implement warehouse and logistics processes.
• Analyze operational activities and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Warehouse Manager regarding operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper and timely documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure that warehouse personnel comply with safety standards, policies, regulations, and laws.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers, warehouse lessors, and logistics partners as needed.
