Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support receiving, storage, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies at our Manila facility, ensuring accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

You will coordinate with Sales and Transport, perform cycle counts, monitor FIFO/FEFO, and prepare shipping documents while adhering to quality standards. This is an on-site role with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• At least College Level or completion of a Vocational course in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or logistics functions.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, stock control procedures and warehouse operations.
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming stocks against DR/STR and other documents.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, defects or discrepancies; initiate returns/claims.
• Optimize warehouse space while maintaining cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Report and coordinate resolution of damaged, defective or discrepant items.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliations and support annual physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels, expiration dates and batch numbers to ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare shipping documentation including commercial invoices, delivery receipts and labels.
• Organize shipments according to delivery schedules, routes and priorities.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with Sales, Logistics, customers and transport providers.
• Monitor dispatch activities and delivery status to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Proactively communicate delivery issues to stakeholders.
• Collect, verify and file PODs and delivery confirmations.
