Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse administrative staff to support daily warehouse operations in Rizal, Philippines. The role involves preparing and managing warehouse documents, encoding and updating inventory in the system, and coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers for daily dispatch and receiving.

The ideal candidate will monitor stock levels, assist in inventory audits, file and maintain warehouse records, and help schedule deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage warehouse documents (DR, inventory sheets, inbound/outbound records).
• Encode and update inventory in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers for daily dispatch and receiving.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits.
• File and maintain all warehouse records.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
