Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Lead to oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure accurate inventory records and implement robust control procedures.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs like order and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales to meet business needs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Experience with cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff performance.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align stock availability with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and quality requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow for maximum efficiency.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance.
