Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business plan.
Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage risk in employee relations.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on HR-related issues to drive business outcomes.
