Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Real Estate Fund Administration professional to join our Alabang team. You will oversee complex accounting for real estate funds, ensure accuracy of financial statements, and manage client relationships with senior leadership guidance.

The role requires 8+ years in financial services accounting, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, and strong supervisory skills. Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Investran is preferred; flexibility in coordinating with global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Professional accounting designation required.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in accounting for financial services including real estate, asset management or fund administration.
• Supervisory experience with 6+ years leading staff.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly/monthly reports, reconciliations, and cash/position details.
• Process capital calls and distributions; allocate partner holdings.
• Review fee structures, waterfall, and clawback calculations.
• Assist with client service plans, budgets, and transitions.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with senior management.
