Job summary

EXL is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Lead - Vendor Channel POC to manage and optimize partnerships with third-party recruitment vendors, ensuring alignment with hiring targets, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role serves as a bridge between Talent Acquisition and external vendors, driving a scalable, compliant, and high-performing sourcing ecosystem. You will lead vendor negotiations, performance reviews, and governance in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.

Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party recruitment vendors.
• Ability to develop vendor performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition and legal/commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with third-party recruitment vendors, agencies, and sourcing partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related engagements within Talent Acquisition
• Drive collaboration between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless candidate delivery
• Identify and onboard new vendors based on hiring demand, niche skill requirements, or capacity gaps
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs such as submission-to-hire ratio, time-to-submit, and quality of hire
