Job summary

modCounsel in Manila, Philippines seeks an experienced contracts professional to lead and negotiate complex customer and vendor agreements, including cloud terms. You will assess risk, provide practical remediation, and help scale our risk management processes for a growing company.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Operations and Delivery, you will collaborate across teams, balance deadlines and budgets, and drive end-to-end improvements in the contract lifecycle while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management and negotiations.
• Proven negotiation skills across vendor and client engagements.
• Ability to propose process improvements for end-to-end contract cycles.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer and vendor agreements including cloud terms.
• Assess transaction risk and provide remediation solutions.
• Develop scalable risk management processes for growth companies.
• Review performance and development opportunities with the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging issues.
