Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Contract and Vendor Operations professional to manage contract negotiations, compliance, and vendor performance, coordinating with lessors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ILM programs.

You will lead reviews, monitor progress, handle escalations, and ensure cost efficiency while aligning with regional targets and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract negotiations and vendor performance management.
• Ability to coordinate with lessors, LGUs and stakeholders.
• Strong monitoring of project status and escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Formulate plans with CH and TH to meet targets and drive efficiency.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and discuss process improvements.
• Monitor project status with vendor partners and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with support groups to resolve access, payment, or renewal issues.
• Ensure timely updates to lessors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract processing, approvals, and budget adherence.
