Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, risk assessments, and remediation.
• Coordinate contracts, amendments, SOWs, and fee schedules with auditable records.
• Provide vendor oversight through service reviews, KPIs, incidents, and continuity inputs.
• Support RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and new product/operating-model changes.
• Develop governance tools, trackers, and management reporting.
