Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Senior SUP Head to lead nationwide Joint Pole Agreement strategy, negotiations with Electric Cooperatives and Distribution Utilities, and governance across all related activities. You will drive innovative partnerships, digitalisation initiatives, and efficient deployment planning to accelerate network expansion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop Globe's nationwide Joint Pole Agreement strategy aligned with network expansion priorities.
• Commercial and Agreement Management: Lead negotiations, renewals, amendments, and implementation of Joint Pole Agreements with ECs, DUs, and government utilities.
• Strategic Partnership Development & Innovation: Identify and pilot new utility collaboration models to improve efficiency and shared value.
• Digital Utility Transformation (E-Survey): Promote adoption of the E-Survey Tool for pole inventory and asset management.
• Utility-Assisted Network Planning (Wiring Plan): Enable wiring plans and attachment feasibility studies to accelerate approvals.
• Shared Infrastructure Development (OPGW): Lead partnerships to expand Globe's fibre network through utility-owned OPGW infrastructure.
• Network Deployment Enablement: Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, and Build & Deploy teams to prioritise pole access for rollout.
• Regulatory and Industry Engagement: Manage Globe's engagement with NEA, ERC, and regulators, advocating standards and streamlined processes.
• Financial Management & Cost Optimisation: Optimize pole rental expenditures and negotiate value-driven contracts.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance, governance frameworks, audits, and continuity plans.
