Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Integration Lead to govern demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capacity across Globe’s program portfolio. You will facilitate executive discussions, map interdependencies, and translate strategy into executable roadmaps for multiple programs.

The role requires strong governance, business impact storytelling, and collaboration with Product, IT, CX, and Finance to optimize investments and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Project Management Certification and/or Agile PM Certification.
• 15–20 years of professional experience in strategy management or enterprise portfolio.
• Experience in IT transformation, large-scale programs, or EPMO preferred.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, Telco industry, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capacity.
• Lead cross-functional forums and investment trade-off discussions.
• Map cross-program interdependencies and manage portfolio implications.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable portfolio decisions.
• Partner with Finance to govern CapEx/OpEx across programs.
