Job summary

TESDA seeks a Senior Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist in the Philippines to advance foreign relations and project development activities within the FRPDD, Planning Office at TESDA Central Office. The role focuses on strategic planning and international collaboration to strengthen TVET initiatives.

Key duties include developing funding proposals, researching TVET trends, managing technical cooperation with partners, drafting MOUs, supporting policy and research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• 8 hours of relevant training.
• Career Service (Professional) or Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develops Project Proposal/s for local and international funding Assistance.
• Conduct researches on TVET trends and developments as inputs to position papers/proposals.
• Facilitates the management of technical cooperation of TESDA programs/projects and other local and international bilateral labor agreements, including Missions/Exposure Visits/and/or Conferences.
• Prepares/Drafts Memorandum of Understanding on the partnership between TESDA and partner agencies.
• Provides technical support in the conduct of capability building programs on policy, planning and research.
• Participates/Attends Inter-Agency Meetings/For and/or Conferences.
• Prepares communications, reports, Minutes of Meeting and documentation reports.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
