Job summary

TESDA seeks a senior leader to oversee provincial operations, directing program delivery and staff management to meet national TVET objectives. The role emphasizes policy guidance, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring within the TESDA Provincial Office.

The successful candidate will drive strategic partnerships, ensure compliance with directives, and foster a high-performing, ethical workforce aligned with TESDA’s mission.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree OR CSC Leadership & Management certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• 120 hours of supervisory/management training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operations and activities of the TESDA Provincial Office in alignment with TESDA's mandate and strategic goals.
• Establishes and sustains partnerships with LGUs, industry partners, NGOs, and academic institutions to support TVET programs.
• Leads formulation, review, and implementation of local policies and operational guidelines for TESDA programs.
