Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree OR CSC Leadership and Management certificate.
• Experience: 4 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and coordinates regional operations and activities.
• Reviews and finalizes TVET policy recommendations for higher approval.
• Recommends systems and procedures to ensure efficient policy implementation.
• Provides technical services and staff advice on TVET to stakeholders.
• Manages and implements plans, programs, projects and services.
• Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking activities.
• Monitors and evaluates programs, projects and services.
• Ensures multi-sectoral participation of public and private agencies.
• Performs related functions as authorized by the Regional Director.
