Qualifications

• NTTC Holder with Trainer's Methodology Level II, preferred.
• Five years of relevant TVET experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead NTTA program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation per training calendar.
• Coordinate with TESDA offices, accredited centers, and partners for delivery and participant management.
• Prepare communications, reports, and program performance analyses for NTTA and TESDA management.
• Conduct training needs analysis, program assessment, and research to improve trainer development.
• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in line with TESDA policies.
• Perform other related functions.
