Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Solutions Director with deep expertise in the Travel & Hospitality sector to lead solutioning excellence, support large-scale deals, and drive growth across the vertical. This is an onsite, individual contributor role based in McKinley, Philippines.

You will own RFP/RFQ solutioning, pricing strategy, and account expansion, collaborating with sales, client partners, and leadership to shape strategic deals and deliver scalable, commercially sound BPO solutions for

Qualifications

Experience in solutioning or solution architecture within a BPO environment.
Strong background in supporting large deals and managing RFP processes.
Deep exposure to Travel & Hospitality sector (airlines, OTAs, hospitality, or travel services).

Responsibilities

Lead the development of RFPs, RFQs, and client proposals.
Design end-to-end BPO solutions tailored to travel and hospitality clients.
Build commercially sound solutions, including pricing and cost structures.
Partner with Business Development to support new client acquisition.
Work with Client Services and Client Partners to grow existing accounts.
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within key travel accounts.
Apply pricing models and deal structures to ensure alignment with revenue and profitability.
Translate client requirements into practical solutions and proposals.
Develop solution frameworks and proposals and present to stakeholders.
