Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Project Manager to own three parallel workstreams: acquisition integration, systems integration, and strategic initiatives for a fast-growing multi-brand property services and roofing company. You will work directly with senior leadership to keep initiatives on track and deliver clear, executive-ready updates.

The role operates on US Eastern business hours and includes full training on the company’s tech stack.

Qualifications

4+ years as a Project Manager or equivalent leading internal business, systems, or integration projects.
Track record managing five or more projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience reporting status directly to directors, VPs or executives, ideally US-based.
Hands-on use of RAID logs, project plans, UAT, and cutover/go-live planning.
PMO, transition, or acquisition integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run three workstreams in parallel and keep all moving.
Oversee acquisition integration: day‑1 readiness through onboarding and standardization.
Manage systems integration: ERP/CRM convergence, data migration, UAT, and cutsovers.
Lead strategic initiatives: scoping, timelines, RAID logs, and executive reports.
