Qualifications

• 10–12 years overall experience in Business Transformation.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Insurance background is advantageous.
• Experience in RPA/AI or Transformation initiatives.
• Experience handling large teams (200+ FTEs) is preferred.
• Open to undergraduates and IC candidates.
• Open to non-local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients and their retained or outsourced teams.
• Create customer engaging, end-to-end transformation solutions for a 'Future Ready' operations model.
• Maintain a strong proposal pipeline and stakeholder experience to deliver business outcomes.
• Accelerate digital, data-driven operations by integrating data, tech, and industry expertise.
• Draw insights from client engagements and lead transformation roadmaps and operating models.
• Lead RFP responses and support solution walkthroughs during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s digital ecosystem to demonstrate automation including RPA & Cognition.
• Provide trusted advisory on data mining & transformation ecosystems.
