Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager to drive digital and process transformation for clients, focusing on intelligent operations, data and technology integration, and transformational roadmaps with senior leaders.

You will anchor RFP responses, lead multi-resource engagements, and evangelize automation, RPA, and Cognition within Accenture's ecosystem. A background in Talent/HR and Green belt is preferred, with 3+ years in client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Talent & HR background preferred.
• Green belt certification preferred.
• 3+ years in client-facing project roles; BPO/Shared Services not required, open to others.
• GenAI experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading 3–4 resources.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Transformation solutions for retained and outsourced orgs.
• Create end-to-end transformation initiatives for Future Ready Operations.
• Maintain a strong proposal pipeline with stakeholders, delivering outcomes.
• Accelerate digital, data-driven operations by integrating tech, processes and industry expertise.
• Engage with client senior leadership on Transformation Roadmaps, TOMs and value optimization.
• Anchor RFP responses and support solution walkthrough during the sales cycle.
• Engage clients on Automation, RPA and Cognition (AI/ML) and governance models.
• Drive Work Orchestration through Intelligent Finance, Flexible Operating Models and automated workforce.
• Collaborate with Accenture's digital ecosystem and partners to bring demos and innovations to life.
• Understand commercial structures and impact on P&L.
