Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager to drive end-to-end digital and process transformations in client engagements. You will lead transformation roadmaps, operating models, and value realization across retained and outsourced teams.

The role requires deep experience in Finance and Accounting transformations, data-driven approaches, and collaboration with senior leadership to deliver future-ready operations and sustainable competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA from premier institutes.
• >12 years of experience in operations, consulting and digital transformation focused on Finance and Accounting (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Consulting experience dealing with CXO on client side with strong focus on billability and outcomes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt trained; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Transformation solutions for clients for retained and outsourced orgs.
• Create customer-engaging solutions focusing on end-to-end transformation and future-ready operations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of proposals through enhanced stakeholder experience and delivering business outcomes.
• Accelerate digital, data-driven, intelligent operations by integrating tech, processes and domain expertise.
• Draw data-driven insights from client engagements and industry knowledge.
• Engage with senior leadership on Transformation Roadmap, Target Operating Model and Tactical Value optimization.
• Anchor RFP responses and support solution run-through during sales cycles.
• Drive automation as a strategic enabler and discuss RPA & Cognition (AI/ ML) components and governance.
