Qualifications

• Graduate of HR or any 4-year course with background as Training Staff/Officer.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Training and Development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Good rapport builder.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and calendarize all Training Plans and Programs for the year.
• Assist in preparing the Final Annual Training and Development budget by reviewing and consolidating Training Budget for all Departments.
• Monitor the monthly attainment of the approved budget training expenses.
• Ensure expenses initiated by the department are liquidated properly and timely.
• Analyze and interpret results of activities implemented for sustainability and development of training programs.
