Job summary

TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking an HR – Training & Development staff to support the implementation of training programs across the company, prepare materials, and assess past sessions for effectiveness. This role serves all Head Office departments and branch employees.

You will assist with coordinating schedules, delivering orientations, and maintaining training records, while applying established training principles and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in training or HR operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing approved training plans across management, HR, customer support, and other departments.
• Support development and rollout of in-house and outsourced training programs based on approved materials.
• Deliver orientations, simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and workshops including sessions on telemedical procedures and compliance.
• Support trainers and facilitators during sessions, seminars, and workshops.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, and participant lists; disseminate training information.
• Record, monitor, and update trainee progress; coordinate with mentors, trainers, and concerned departments.
• Set up and maintain training facilities, equipment, and materials before and after sessions.
• Prepare and manage training materials, handouts, presentations, and learning aids.
• Gather and consolidate data for training-needs assessments and skills-gap analysis.
• Apply established training principles and approved methodologies.
• Conduct basic research on training trends/tools and submit recommendations.
• Prepare, file, and maintain training documents (endorsements, immersion results, attendance sheets, completion records).
• Update training databases, worksheets, attendance logs, and records accurately.
• Collect, summarize, and report training evaluation results and participant feedback.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly training activity and progress reports.
