Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior People Rewards Analyst to leverage data and analytics for compensation and benefits design, implementation, and administration. You will help ensure equity, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic evolution of total rewards.

You will lead data-driven analyses, develop reports, and collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to optimize compensation programs and related policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or a Total Rewards role in a growing/global organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing of jobs using compensation surveys and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Participate in annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys.
• Conduct salary and benefits market intelligence for local and targeted markets.
• Analyze survey data, economic trends, and internal compensation data to develop recommendations for salary structures and pay ranges.
• Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases and bonus programs.
• Assist with job evaluation and leveling processes for consistency and fairness.
• Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses to address business needs and inquiries.
