Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related quantitative field.
• 3–5+ years in compensation/benefits/total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing of jobs using surveys to ensure equity & competitiveness.
• Participate in annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys.
• Analyze salary and benefits data for local/targeted markets and make recommendations.
• Support compensation planning, merit increases and bonus programs from design to execution.
• Assist with job evaluation and leveling to ensure fairness.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business needs or stakeholder inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity in total rewards systems and generate reports.
