Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Third Party Audit Analyst to review, reconcile, and improve data management across platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and improve customer communications related to third-party data and contracts.

The role involves coordinating with Commercial Managers, Product Lifecycle, and Operations to close data gaps, maintain reference data, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of proven experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborative attitude within diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reconciliations related to third-party data, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with different teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Support initiatives to improve customer communications related to third-party changes.
• Facilitate discussions with Commercial Managers and Product Lifecycle teams to identify challenges and drive data management improvements.
• Maintain reference data related to contracts, usage rights, and commercial rules for third-party content.
• Develop understanding of third-party data policies and product information.
• Collaborate with Customer Administration and Operations to resolve data and process issues.
• Identify process gaps and implement controls to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, efficiency, and compliance.
