Job summary

The Third-Party Audit Analyst role at LSEG is a critical function that supports relationships with Exchanges and Specialist Data Providers. You will review, reconcile, and enhance data across multiple platforms to reduce financial risk and improve operational efficiency.

You will work with Commercial Managers, Product Lifecycle teams, and Operations to address data issues, maintain reference data, and implement controls that strengthen compliance and data integrity across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data reconciliation or audit-related roles.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reconciliations of third-party data and identify improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support communications about third-party commercial changes.
• Engage with Commercial Managers and Product Lifecycle teams to drive data improvements.
• Maintain reference data for terms, usage rights, and commercial rules.
• Develop understanding of third-party data policies and product info.
• Work with Customer Administration and Operations to resolve data issues.
• Identify process gaps and help implement controls to reduce risk.
• Contribute to ongoing data quality and compliance initiatives.
