Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate to join our market-leading FinTech team. You will coordinate optimisation runs, validate input data, run optimisations, and perform post-run checks while liaising with the global team.

You will support client onboarding, conduct data analysis and QA testing, and contribute to process improvements. The hybrid role combines home and office work across our global operations, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Desirable experience in investment banking, OTC derivatives, or middle office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Operational mindset with ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); Python or SQL advantageous.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written English communication.
• QA testing and Jira experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate optimisation runs and setup configurations.
• Validate input data and run optimisations; resolve issues.
• Post run checks and trade booking & regulatory reporting.
• Provide post run analysis to the team.
• Support client onboarding and QA testing, participate in releases.
• Communicate issues clearly to global team and suggest improvements.
