Sagility Philippines B.V Branch in Quezon City is seeking a Sourcing Senior Specialist to drive recruitment for multiple accounts and govern Job Fair activities within a robust HR framework.

You will coordinate with Job Fair organizers, manage logistics, monitor candidate status, and lead the promodizer team to build a strong talent pool. The role requires HR administration experience and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing recruitment functions.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with Job Fair organizers and HR teams.
• Experience with HRIS and employee records management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Job Fair organizers for schedules and create a calendar of available Job Fairs.
• Job Fair logistics, ingress & egress; plan site participation with Recruitment team.
• Cost monitoring and payment processing; lead the promodizer team assigned to activity.
• Monitor the status of all applicants sourced from the activity; re-profiling where needed.
• Coordinate with PESO offices, schools, and LGUs to access candidate pools and schedule Job Fairs.
• Handle recruitment for multiple accounts and oversee Recruitment Admins and HR Ops.
• Ensure efficient maintenance of employee 201 files and pre-employment forms.
