Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead talent attraction for specialized roles and top-level programs. You will spearhead strategic campaigns online and offline to build a candidate funnel.

You will create a database of candidate profiles, collaborate with recruitment operations and client vendors, and monitor hiring campaigns. The role requires at least 5 years in talent sourcing for BPO, a Bachelor’s degree, and onsite work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ background in talent sourcing for specialized roles in BPO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project implementation and analytical abilities.
• Familiar with virtual recruitment and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, AI-enabled recruiting).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute online and offline sourcing activities to attract right candidates.
• Create and maintain a database of candidate profiles for specialized programs.
• Plan and implement sourcing campaigns aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruitment operations, vendor partners and internal teams.
• Consolidate, track and report on initiatives; provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead specialized hiring campaigns and manage cost-per-hire within targets.
• Share learnings and foster strong mentoring within the team.
• Identify process improvements and develop continuous hiring platforms.
