Job summary

About the role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Specialist located in Metro Manila, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and conducting training sessions for new recruiters. Maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders is a key part of the role.
