Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and engaging talent across industries to meet recruitment goals.

You will source via LinkedIn, portals, social media; conduct initial screenings; collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers; maintain ATS records and provide pipeline insights to drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing across corporate, technical, operations, finance, sales or leadership roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, portals, social media, events and employee referrals.
• Conduct proactive market mapping to build pipelines for active and future vacancies.
• Develop candidate pools for high-volume roles and critical positions.
• Screen candidates via initial interviews and assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Endorse suitable candidates to recruiters with detailed profiles and assessments.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Maintain and update ATS with candidate information and sourcing activity.
• Provide pipeline updates and sourcing metrics to the team.
