Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to attract top talent and drive recruitment strategies. You will develop creative sourcing plans to fill full-time roles, manage internal referral programs, and coordinate with vendors and branding activities to attract candidates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field and at least 2 years of experience in sourcing/marketing for recruitment, with strong English and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sourcing/Marketing for Recruitment.
• Experience in non-traditional sourcing, marketing activities and events coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and hiring plans to fill FTE requirements.
• Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in staffing systems and manage Employee Referral Program.
• Handle vendor management and external branding, marketing and sourcing activities to attract top talent.
