Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the recruitment marketing and sourcing team in our fast-growing BPO environment. You will drive proactive strategies to attract a diverse, top-tier talent pipeline and meet hiring goals across sites.

You will manage a team of sourcing specialists, develop metrics, present data to stakeholders, and partner with recruiters to optimize processes and reporting using ATS, G-Suite, and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience as a Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead (Leadership role)
• 2+ years as a people manager for teams of 5 or more
• Technical knowledge; familiarity with e-commerce tools is a plus
• Experience with generating reports from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
• Ability to create weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics and to tell the data-driven story across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sourcing/recruitment marketing team to meet goals and metrics
• Drive proactive candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse workforce
• Build candidate pipelines using creative recruiting ideas and marketing approaches
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy in coordination with recruiters
• Analyze recruitment data and present insights to stakeholders and management
• Management of sourcing specialists and calibration sessions with key stakeholders
