TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the recruitment marketing and sourcing team at our Meycauayan location. You will drive proactive strategies and pipelines to attract diverse talent for our fast-growing operations, partnering with recruiters and business leaders to meet hiring goals.

The role emphasizes analytics, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver top talent for TaskUs. Prior BPO leadership and strong data storytelling are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead.
• BPO experience preferred, with 2+ years as a people manager for teams of 5+.
• Technical knowledge; familiar with e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft, and ATS reports.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement abilities.
• Analytical skills to audit processes, trends and tell the data story.
• Ability to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sourcing/recruitment marketing team to meet site goals.
• Drive effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
• Design proactive candidate sourcing pipelines with creative recruiting ideas.
• Develop a specialized candidate marketing approach to attract top talent to TaskUs.
• Share best practices and market intelligence with Recruiters and hiring teams.
• Network and manage recruitment vendors and review recruitment data with stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive support to business leaders and hiring groups on sourcing strategies.
• Attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address critical hiring needs.
• Analyze and present recruitment data to management and partners.
