Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing/recruitment marketing team and drive proactive strategies to attract a diverse workforce for our fast-growing clients. You will guide the design and execution of candidate sourcing, build new pipelines, and ensure strong vendor partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Experience in a BPO with 2+ years managing teams of 5+.
• Technical knowledge: e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft, and ATS reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Strong data analytics and ability to tell the story with data.
• You must create weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and build cross-team relationships.
