Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of talent sourcing or related staffing experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (preferably Workday), or similar recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Build qualified talent pipelines across technical, business, and corporate functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other channels.
• Review inbound applications, evaluate alignment with hiring criteria, and present curated shortlists; own proactive sourcing for confidential searches.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners during intake meetings to understand hiring priorities and communicate market insights and pipeline health.
