Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrix organizational structure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct labor Talent Acquisition and ensure adherence to labor plans and staffing targets.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery including sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure workforce readiness and hiring target achievement.
• Own development and execution of local talent pipelines and partnerships with universities and vocational schools.
• Govern OJT and Apprenticeship programs, monitor performance and conversion rates to full-time employment.
• Plan and execute talent attraction events to promote Moog as an employer of choice in the local market.
