Job summary

You will coordinate with the Regional Recruitment Manager, drive employer branding, and ensure staffing targets are met for manufacturing operations. You will build local talent pipelines with universities and vocational schools, govern OJT and apprenticeship programs, and plan community outreach events to position Moog as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing and community outreach.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience as a functional lead or SME preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS like Workday; data management and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct labor Talent Acquisition and recruitment delivery.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure workforce readiness and meet hiring targets.
• Develop local talent pipelines through universities and partnerships.
• Govern OJT and Apprenticeship programs; monitor performance and conversion to full-time.
• Plan and execute talent attraction events.
