Job summary

Moog seeks an experienced MRO Planner Buyer to onsite in Baguio City, Philippines. The role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services to support operations, with emphasis on supplier selection, contracts, pricing negotiations, and performance management.

You will work under moderate supervision, applying procurement knowledge to support organizational objectives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles, theories, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services for direct and indirect operations.
• Evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve savings.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Administer supplier contracts and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues.
