Job summary

Moog is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Lead to onsite in Baguio City, PH. You will oversee direct labor recruitment, employer branding, and end-to-end hiring while partnering with Operations Leaders to meet staffing targets.

You will also own community outreach, build local university partnerships, govern OJT and apprenticeship programs, and organize talent attraction events to position Moog as an employer of choice in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing and community outreach.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, and strong skills in data management and process mapping.
• Proven ability to navigate stakeholders in a complex matrix organization and align local site goals with regional/global standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor Talent Acquisition: oversee TA Specialist, ensure adherence to labor plans and staffing demands.
• Employer Branding: drive recruitment marketing initiatives to attract local talent.
• End-to-end Recruitment: manage sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
• Community Outreach: own development of local talent pipelines with partnerships with universities and tech schools.
