Job summary

Moog Controls Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced MRO Planner to oversee procurement activities for direct and indirect operations.

You will source, purchase, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company policies. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and strong supplier performance oversight, all in an onsite Baguio setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles, theories, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services for direct and indirect business operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost‑effective purchasing.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Administer supplier contracts and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and address service, quality, and delivery issues.
• Support inventory planning and procurement activities to maintain appropriate levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in procurement-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support import/export and logistics activities when required.
