Job summary

Moog is seeking a Supply Chain Lead at our Baguio City site. You will lead procurement, planning, and logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted material flow and delivery commitments.

The role requires coaching and developing a team, driving Lean improvements, and partnering across functions to optimize supplier performance and risk management. You will champion LMS principles, guide data-driven decisions, and provide executive-level reporting to regional and global SCM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations).
• 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning, or logistics; 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Buyers and SCM professionals to meet delivery and customer commitments.
• Govern procurement, planning parameters, and master data integrity.
• Drive supply planning, material availability, and escalation management.
• Develop and report KPIs; prepare executive-level supply chain updates.
• Partner with Logistics on transportation challenges and risk mitigation.
• Optimize supplier portfolio and drive Lean Improvement initiatives.
• Represent SCM in cross-functional reviews and strategic forums.
• Coach and develop talent with succession planning and IDPs.
