Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a proactive Sourcing Associate in Cebu City to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines. You will collaborate with recruiters, use job boards, social networks, databases, and networking to locate potential talent and engage them through personalized outreach.

You will screen resumes, maintain candidate data in ATS, and monitor sourcing metrics while supporting recruitment events and market research to improve channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and online databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms, databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles or high-priority positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications to match them with job requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS or candidate database.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and build a network of potential candidates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and talent networking events.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on progress and pipeline health.
