NCC Group seeks a Senior Talent Development Partner in Taguig City, Metro Manila with hybrid onsite presence. You will design, implement and scale talent development solutions to build leadership pipelines and support business growth.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into development programs, lead succession planning and coaching initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning across NCC Group.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align programs with strategy.
• Strong data analytics skills to measure program impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale talent development solutions to support growth.
• Lead leadership development programs for various levels (emerging to senior).
• Coach and facilitate group learning; enable HR and business partners with insights.
• Drive succession planning, talent reviews and career development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on capability gaps and learning priorities.
