Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation is seeking a dynamic Talent and Development Officer to join our People Experience team in Cubao, Quezon City. This role builds continuous talent pipelines, designs onboarding frameworks, and drives targeted learning and succession initiatives to elevate workforce performance.

You will lead strategic recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts, while partnering with HR leadership to create data-driven insights and career pathways for future leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition or L&D programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic recruitment through university partnerships and employer branding.
• Design onboarding frameworks and ramp-up plans for new hires.
• Lead learning and development with needs analyses and curricula to upskill teams.
• Map talent and succession with career tracks and pools for future leaders.
• Analyze recruitment velocity and onboarding effectiveness to improve processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, SMEs, and external learning vendors.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
