Job summary

NCC Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Talent Development Partner to design, implement and scale development solutions that build leadership capability, succession planning and organisational learning across NCC.

Working with Senior Leaders, People Partners and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into practical development programmes, coaching and career frameworks that empower colleagues to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering development solutions to senior leadership/executive level.
• Consulting skills to work with senior leaders to identify how talent development can support strategy.
• Experience designing and embedding leadership development and inclusive learning programmes.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong data analytics skills to demonstrate impact and ROI.
• Experience in talent management and succession planning desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent development solutions that support business transformation, growth and workforce planning.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on leadership development and talent management.
• Design, implement and embed leadership development programmes for emerging, mid-level and senior leaders.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and coaching; promote a learning culture.
• Promote continuous learning and NCC online platform opportunities.
• Strengthen coaching and mentoring provision globally.
• Build internal capabilities and ensure high-quality service.
• Develop frameworks to support talent management and succession planning.
• Drive transformation programmes with learning solutions, including AI adoption.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness.
