Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Senior Talent Development Partner to design and implement leadership development and succession planning. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to build capability, coach leaders, and embed a high-performance learning culture across NCC.

The role focuses on driving talent management initiatives, scaling development solutions, and leveraging data to demonstrate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering development solutions to senior leadership.
Ability to translate business priorities into learning strategies.
Strong coaching and advisory capabilities to leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent development solutions aligning with NCC strategy.
Design, embed and scale leadership development programmes for leaders.
Facilitate leadership workshops and coaching to build capability.
Drive succession planning, talent reviews and high-potential programmes.
Collaborate with HR Partners to align capability needs with strategy.
Measure impact using data and improve programmes accordingly.
