Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own full-cycle recruitment across the organization in the Asia-Pacific region. You will advise on talent strategy, source top candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align staffing with business objectives.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage candidate communications, and analyze recruiting metrics to drive improvements. This role emphasizes brand representation and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with an ATS and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social channels, and niche boards.
• Screen calls and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
