Intrepid Asia seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to regional leadership across SEA. You will shape hiring strategy, review end-to-end recruitment processes, and build talent pipelines for critical roles while mentoring the recruitment team.

You will lead data-driven recruitment decisions, own dashboards, and drive employer branding initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years in TA are required, with English fluency and SEA experience advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing hiring strategy.
• Proven ability to redesign recruitment processes, tools or ways of working.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce talent market and sourcing techniques.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Regional SEA recruitment experience is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic partnership and recruitment strategy with regional leadership.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior/business-critical roles in SEA.
• Build talent pipelines, manage campus recruitment and early-career hiring.
• Own and present recruitment metrics, dashboards and salary benchmarking.
• Drive employer branding and coach junior recruiters across SEA.
